I am STILL waiting on my first call from a hiring facility. Despite my Recruiters optimism, having your profile make it to the hiring manager does not guarantee you an interview. The worst part, knowing that there is absolutely nothing I can do to make these interviews happen.
Taking risks in life is always incredibly scary. The fear of the unknown almost always wins and most people stick to what they know even if they are unhappy in their current situation. My unexpected reality has only made my life more frustrating and difficult, but I have no choice except to push through and finish what I started. I may end up with a travel nursing job or maybe this is my exit from nursing and into something different. No matter what happens, I took this road for a reason, and now I just have to wait to see where it leads me!
