After having to get an MMR booster a few days ago, I have finally received my all clear to start my first contract on Monday, July 8th!
Because I live full time in my home on wheels, I will be taking my RV with me to my contract locations. I have made arrangements with a long term RV resort that will allow me to stay for the length of my contract without any issues. It seems that these RV resorts near hospitals are very familiar with Traveling Medical Professionals and do very well at accommodating our needs.
We will be heading to “Location 1” tomorrow to learn the lay of the land and play tourists to our new city for the weekend prior to my start date! Getting to this point has been a very trying time. It was probably not ideal to make multiple HUGE life changes all at once but the light at the end of the tunnel is finally near.
It has been 35 days since I first applied to Company A and 22 days since I first applied to Company P. My start date is 39 days from my first application.
