Don’t be fooled, RV Living is not all sunshine and amazing hikes. Sometimes it rains!
When it rains, you can either let it ruin your whole night, or you can slap a trash bag on it!
We have learned this lesson before! Not long ago, we sprang a leak on the stove exhaust hood and was drowning with the amount of water coming into the rig. Using the knowledge we learned from others in the RV community, we quickly placed a trash bag over the leaking area on the outside of the rig and sealed it with duct tape. A quick and effective way to buy you some time until you can replace the sealant that has worn out. When the kitchen window decided to spring a leak last night, we were ready for it!
Not glamorous, but definitely effective! Stay dry my friends!
