There is light at the end of this tunnel!!!
The unexpected reality is that the second half of this contract slowed to a crawl, but I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel!
This weekend was Chris’ birthday and I had been hearing a lot about a local Brewery and Pizza place.
True Vine Brewing Company and Solas Bread Co. were the coolest little establishments! Outdoor family style seating, live music, great food, and craft drinks… It really is a local treasure! And as spring starts to make its way to Texas, it was the perfect night out.
We celebrated Chris’ 39th birthday in style , complete with Crumble Cookies!
This coming weekend is Spring break and I can’t wait because that means my nephews are coming to visit!! I am not sure what we are going to do while they are here, but I am just excited to see and spend time with my family! Home sickness still happens even when you are only 1.5 hours from home!
